We want to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a detailed cleaning process to protect against the spread of the virus. Our cleaning process includes the following steps: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and desks. Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, paying special attention to surfaces such as faucets, toilets, and sinks. Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming all floors, paying special attention to corners and edges. Disinfecting commonly shared equipment such as cameras and podcast equipment. Wiping down all electronic devices, including computers, phones, and keyboards. Laundering all linens, including towels and rags, using hot water and a disinfectant. Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners. Following all manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and disinfecting products. We perform these tasks on a regular basis, especially after known or suspected exposures to COVID-19. We hope this reassures you of our commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
