About the Space

This Beverly Hills Oasis comes with a newly built pool, pool house, elevated hot tub and photo booth with professional lighting and multiple backdrop options! The space is perfect for birthdays, dinner parties, baby showers and other intentional gatherings. Also included is a gorgeous fire pit with plenty of seating. A shaded pergola with hanging lights covers a dining area and newly installed BBQ. For cooler nights there is one built in patio heater and one stand alone heater available for use as well as a basket of clean blankets. The temperature controlled pool house includes a kitchenette with quartz countertops, a sink, stainless steel fridge and coffee maker. Built-in shelving is stocked with fresh pool towels for you and your guests to use. The bathroom includes a glass walled shower and separate room for changing. Plenty of natural lighting, mirror space and electrical outlets are available as well for hair and makeup. The space has complete privacy, great energy, and is in a great location! Also included in your booking: -Photo Booth with professional lighting and multiple backdrop options -Two white folding tables (appropriately sized to add on to the existing dining table for additional seating) -Charcuterie boards -Ice buckets -Portable Sony bluetooth speaker -Clean towels -Pool floaties -Basketball hoop -Ping pong table -Bocce ball -Drink pitchers We promote sustainability by using green & eco friendly products. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Absolutely amazing ! Even better the the photos. Melissa has been one of the most accommodating hosts ever - very thoughtful ! The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were absolutely fantastic , and the pool house was cozy and lovely. In the evening we all sat next to the fire pit , which was lovely and much appreciated, considering how our weather has been. It was a very special place to be celebrating my birthday at and I can’t wait to be back!

Yes, I would book again.

This place was amazing and the pool house was air conditioned so we could cool off. It was perfect for drinks by the pool and she even supplied us with towels and a cooler for drinks. Communication was fast and very responsive and respectful. 10/10! Truly a beautiful place

Great space! There is an indoor kitchen that had a great look. A weight lifting area. The outside looks great. The pool wasn't heated but actually was way warmer than I expected. My model got in the pool at 7am. No problem. Thanks for a great booking

Yes, I would book again.

I hosted a baby shower here over the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better space. It looks even nicer in person, and it was perfect for my party of ~17 people. Melissa was such a sweet, accommodating, and generous host — and she was very responsive from the point at which I inquired to book all the way through set-up on the day of the event. I'd absolutely throw a low-key party here again!

Yes, I would book again.

We booked a place with Melissa and Graham's. We absolutely loved the back yard and the layout of it. There was street parking in front of the location. It was very well organized and clean. Host was very good at communicating with us with our rental. The place had a guest home with accessibly bathroom. Location was perfect for our painting class that we organized to have at their place. Highly recommend!.

The space was perfect for my intimate affair. The host were very nice and accommodating. Loved the firepit and heated awning. We made memories that will last forever.

My fiancé and I wanted to throw an intimate backyard engagement party so our two families could meet and as stressful it was to plan things out. When it came to finding a place for the event, Melissa made things so much easier for us by being so quick and responsive to our questions. As the day came, she was very helpful and sweet to us and our guest. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and met all our needs. The pool was nice, plenty of space for our guest to socialize, ample amount of street parking and the guest house was perfect as a hangout area. Everything was clean and well organized which made things smooth and hassle free. I would definitely recommend and book again in the future!

Yes, I would book again.

Melissa is an absolutely fantastic host! I rented this place to shoot both wet and dry photos. The pool is small but has ample space around it so it's easy to light. The pool isn't deep which can be great for people not used to working underwater. This space is pretty. It has clean lines, and enough room to move objects around to clear a shot. In the afternoon, the white pool house wall is both a great backdrop and your favorite white fill. Also, there are no power lines or telephone wires running overhead which would require post removal which makes it ideal for video. 100% will book again.
