About the Space

This is the Mainroom of this creative space with a rustic nostalgic feel, it is 500sqft with 12.5ft high detailed tin ceilings, mason jar pendant lights, dimmable track lights, floating LED lights above 3/4 wallpapered wall, disco ball, 55" ceiling mounted tv and surround sound system, bathroom with standing shower. The 2nd door from residence side can be used for surprise Birthday parties or performers. Every room Has a HVAC & TV. Complimentary items upon request for events 6 hours or more 1 hour set up time (8) Cocktail tables (6) 6f folding tables (1) 4ft table (1) 8ft folding table (1) Dj stand (30) folding chairs

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

Amazing host with a 5 star venue providing a luxury experience. Had my birthday party here and can say I’m happy I spent this milestone at this place. Looking forward to the next event I throw here!
