Easy to park on the street and some parking spaces on site for loading and unloading cars.

General Rules

Please treat the office space as if it were your own. Remember to take out any items you bring in and dispose of any trash in the on-site dumpster. We also have fast guest WiFi available for your use. Please be respectful of the adjacent office space, as it is occupied by a real estate company with people working 7 days a week. If any damage occurs during your rental period, the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Health and Safety Measures

To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our office space, we hire a professional cleaning crew to thoroughly clean and disinfect all hard and soft surfaces between bookings. In addition, you will have access to the common kitchen, two bathrooms, and the conference room. To access the office space, please park and enter through Ashley Street, where you will find a digital keypad with a unique code for you to enter. Please note that the office space is monitored by cameras, so be sure to follow the rules while you are there. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all of our renters.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
