Parking description
Four cars can fit in the driveway. In addition, when the garage is open, two cars can fit. The street is wide and can accommodate vehicles in front of the house, as well.

Lighting description
Natural lighting can be found in the bedrooms, office, dining room that is used as the piano room, morning room, and the large window in the kitchen. The house is facing east so there's more light in the front first. For the first floor, the office is in the front along with the garage. The second floor has 3 bedrooms in the front and the master bedroom and bath overlooks the backyard.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The current washing machine can be loud when it spins the clothes to dry on the second floor, but you can close the door to tone it down. But if you're not doing laundry, you're fine. You can kind of hear when the AC is on but it's barely noticeable.
The house is in a neighborhood, not a busy street. During the winter months, you can hear some cars from the backyard and the master bedroom, but during the other months when the leaves are back on the tree, you don't really hear it.

Equipment loading description
Two steps to the porch then through the front door. Another entrance, which is closed to guests right now, is through the garage and into a small landing that leads to the kitchen. And the last entrance is through the back sliding door that's attached to the morning (used as a dining room) in the back. The backyard has two gates on the fence--the one to the right (when facing the house) is a normal-sized gate; however, the one on the left has a large opening to the backyard.
Staging area is available
The house has four bedrooms, an office (temporarily closed), and a basement area that can be used.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Right now, the office is closed temporarily because of personal items in there. Two large unfinished areas are also closed and locked; however, the large unfinished area of the basement is open.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The house is technically a smart house with the smart house wiring for the house in the largest unfinished area in the basement. The circuit breaker is in that area, as well. When you walk into that area through the door, the circuit breaker is on the back wall, facing you. When the house is being used as a hotel, that area of the basement is locked with a keypad lock because it's being used as storage. However, it can be made available for the production crew, as long as they lock the door back when they are done with their stay. Outlets are also available throughout the house, as well as outside on the front porch and on the back deck.

All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes, as long as you put each item back where you got it from and in its original state. If you damage, destroy, stain, etc., replace them with an equivalent or reimburse for the full cost of a new one.
No nudity allowed

There is an active Ring doorbell on the door that detects and records motion. No other recording/video devices are located on the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned after completed reservations.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
