About the Space
Our space is located in East NY Brooklyn. It is suitable for podcast recordings, video shorts, creative mini photoshoots/headshots, product photography," small workshops or classes, intimate indoor meetings/conversations. Walking distance from the L train, 3 train and the B15, B20 and B83 buses. It is a cozy basement barber studio in a private residential location. The space has all typical barber studio furniture, equipment and tools all of which can be moved around to suit your needs. Additional tables/chairs can be available upon request for groups. Happy to answer any questions about the space and open to all types of requests.

2 cars max can fit in our residential driveway and 2 cars max can park on the street in front of our driveway specifically if you have a booking with us!
General Rules
Please be on time and leave on time. You will be charged 1 hour overtime fees if you are not out of the studio at your scheduled time. Please book enough time for your request.
No smoking inside or outside of the studio location. This is a private residence.
Outside food/beverage is allowed
Alcoholic drinks allowed but we expect guests to drink responsibly and still respect the space.
If you move any furniture or equipment around put them back to where it was when done.
If you break or damage any items, you will be required to pay for it.
Please be respectful of the space and do not leave it messy. Management is not responsible for any personal items left behind. Any items left behind will be discarded.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a Driveway camera, studio entryway camera and an in-studio camera all of which all have 24/7 video surveillance for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis.
Bathroom is cleaned and disinfected after every booking. Bathroom has handwashing station with soap, warm water and paper towels .
Hand sanitizer available for all guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
