Intimate Event Space and Photography Studio
About the Space
Our venue can be used for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, yoga, indoor markets, comedy nights, art galleries, photography and filming, meetings and classrooms and so much more. We are ground level easy to access. We have nine (9) standard six (6) foot tables and 60 white folding chairs for your event to do dinner party or classroom style. You could host around 50-60 people comfortably. We have a kitchenette with a sink, fridge/freezer and microwave and a gorgeous plant wall. We also have a private photographer studio and professional lighting upon request for professional photographers only. The studio is not available during events. You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks, we are pet friendly! You will need to be prepared to do your own set up and your own take down, this is how we keep our rates lower and affordable for all.

We clean between each rental and have spaced time between each rental so we don't accept back to back rentals for this very reason.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
