About the Space

This studio offers 1,200 square feet of usable space. Offering 3 rooms. As a photographer myself I wanted this space to be as functional as possible. Please use everything in the studio. Each room is styled differently, creating several aesthetics to choose from. Room 1 is available now and featured in the pictures listed. Backdrops / Equipment Included: Seamless paper system Clamshell light reflector/diffuser Couch Live Plants Bowens Mount Snoot Bench Studio Uses: Small Events - Classes Film Headshots Family Portraits Boudoir Portraits Fashion Photography Large Team collabrotations TikTok and Reel creation Space includes, a bluetooth speaker for music.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
