About the Space
This space is a 1500 square foot open floorplan with great light. It has been used for video productions, photo shoots, meetings, cocktail parties, classes, seminars, political campaign gatherings and other events that had as many as 120 people in attendance. There is also a side room we rent that is set up as a podcast lounge including a Rode mixing board, professional mics, TV screen and more. There is a third private room which can be set up as a greeting room or greenroom for talent and guests. The main entrance can be used when renting the entire space and works well to meet and greet, photo opportunities and lounging. This room is nicely lit and has some fine art on the walls. The property also has a beautiful set of banyan trees out back that make for some very cool photo opportunities and is great for outdoor dining or entertaining.

The space was great, many of the guests attending our event commented about how lovely it was. Communication with Rob and Sulema was clear and easy and they were both very kind and accommodating. We had a silent disco and set up and breakdown to vacate the space was super easy because we barely had to decorate:). 10/10 recommend for your next event!
