The Salty Sea Beach House is a beautiful open-plan setting for small gatherings or photo shoots with a gorgeous view of Monterey Bay. Enjoy incredible views up and down Rio del Mar Beach from the main patio as well as patio off the upstairs master bedroom. The home is modern bohemian style with Balinese accents. Our condo recently underwent a major renovation - every wall, floor, and ceiling was touched. The designer and architect paid very close attention to detail to provide even the smallest creature comforts. The designer furnished the home with furniture from around the world to provide a light and airy feel with a spiral staircase. Our home is kept meticulously clean, high touch surfaces are disinfected, and the condo is cleaned and inspected in between all uses.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
