Grimey Jail Prison Set in Warehouse Fly Away Wall

An old fashioned, down and dirty, grungy, grimy prison cell perfect for music videos or horror films. Built with film productions in mind, featuring 12' high walls, 10' wide walls and a fly-away wall (see photos) that can be pulled so you camera can get in the perfect position for every shot. We also installed the set facing a wall so you can shoot through the prison bars with no problem. Also comes with a piece of foam core to white out the back window or bring your own diff/backing to cover it. All housed within a warehouse so you can drive your production van right in next to the set. Additional flats available for rent right in the warehouse so you can expand the set as needed. Fast response times, easy scouting and knowledgeable, film-friendly site-reps. --Cleaning Fee-- The cleaning fee on Peerspace is our mandatory site-rep fee and pays for our staff to open the building, monitor the shoot. It is required and non negotiable. --Scouting-- We are open for location scouting between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday by appointment only. Off hours scouting subject to availability and additional charges may apply. --Gear Available-- Message us for rentals. We have a wide selection of Red, Blackmagic, Sony cameras, Cine lenses, Litepanel, Aputure and Quasar lighting, grip equipment and much more. Rent where you shoot - save time, save money! --Furnishings-- While we have a number of courtesy props available for your production to use free of charge we do not guarantee their availability or working condition as part of the booking (which should be considered “space only”). If a prop is critical to your production we recommend you bring it in rather than rely on ours. -- Overtime Policy -- Please note: Our policy is to charge 1.5x overtime for any hours outside your booking. If you go one hour over and paid $100/hr, that hour would be $150! As a location, it's very important to us that we have an accurate idea of the exact number of hours you intend to book. If you contact us up to 24hrs in advance we will be happy to extend your booking hours at the base rate to avoid the higher overtime rate. Otherwise, overtime will be billed at 1.5x your booking rate. -- Booking Policy -- All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. If you do not have an approved booking here on Peerspace your dates are not reserved. Inquiries about the location or coming by to scout the location will not place any form of hold on your dates. We do not offer soft-holds at this time. -- Offices & Lobby -- Offices used for changing rooms, hair and make-up or production offices rent for $50/office/day or at our quoted rates as a shooting location (see multi-site bookings/90's retro office space) and are not included in the rental. -- Multi Site Bookings -- Martinsound hosts some of Peerspace's most exciting locations including the Abandoned Grungy Apartment, the Retro Electronics Lab and the Grungy Warehouse Stockroom all in the same building! We're happy to offer the convenience of hosting shoots that use multiple sites in our fantastic location! To make things fair, simple and straight forward, here's our multi use booking policy: All multi site bookings will be booked individually. Each must have their own start and stop times and each space will be billed for individually including overtime (if the crew or gear is in the room past the booking, it goes into OT). Each site will be billed at it's standard rate per crew size starting at $100/hr unless otherwise discussed. We reserve the right to book other crews in other spaces during your shoot.
