Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Booked this space for my birthday celebration. The space is beautiful and spacious, enough for 50+ people. Will definitely be booking this space again. The hosts were very kind, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place for any type of event!

Really close and intimate place for music exclusives and lights were a very nice touch. Outside area was also very vibey. There’s also a back room with a bathroom which I had the performers chill there before the set. Overall experience was very smooth and would love to run another one again. Antonio has been very patient and helpful through this whole process allowing us to visit 3 times before our event started. Giving us the runs on how to be punctual in this specific space. It already looks amazing but it’s going to continue to look even better with the updates they have in mind.

This venue is a hidden gem! You get a large outdoor private patio, outdoor cozy seating/fire pit, then also a party/show area with stage & DJ set up & speakers ready to go, AND a very nice/classy vibe washroom, AND a storage room, AND there’s a fully functioning recording studio, AND full fridge/freezer/microwave. … it’s in North Hollywood (very trendy and accessible. The hosts were EXTREMELY accommodating for my event needs, kind, and went out of their way to make my event awesome. I look forward to renting this space again and working with the venue owners. I highly recommend this rental!
