Welcome to the Honeysuckle Homestead. This is a completely updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage with designer updated decor, nestled on a 1 acre wooded lot. Enjoy a peaceful morning on the trails or cooking a meal in a fully stocked kitchen. Adventure minutes away to Broadripple Avenue, Keystone Fashion Mall, Butler University, or a 15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Quiet, safe neighborhood with ample parking and local ownership.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

I had Booked this space for a 2 hour photo session and was amazed! The hosts were kind and responsive. The space was catered to the Indianapolis area with the custom wallpaper. The session went well and we were able to get several great images using this location. I am looking forward to booking this location for a personal getaway in the near future. A stunning home.
