Space can be utilized for photoshoots, family gatherings, meeting space, small, headshot, fashion shoot, or small gathering. The space may accommodate up to 20-30 people and can also be utilized for small dinners. Guests will enjoy the modern layout, HD Smart Televisions that will provide streaming access from their devices along with free wifi.

Garage can be utilized for parking, along with a driveway that can accommodate one vehicle.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping, no drugs are allowed, no pets, and no loud noise after 10pm. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is allowed, however guests must be 21 and over.

2 security cameras outside and one camera inside living room at the door entrance that has been turned off and taped for privacy.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Unit is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning service before and after all guests. A cleaning fee is added to all booked reservations.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
