• Smoking in the Balcony only. • Outside catering is allowed. • No Loud talking in the hallway. • No E cigarets or any type of smoking vapes allowed in the building, only the balcony. • No reckless behavior. • No destruction of items in the property. • No wax candles. • No glitter. • No Dj's. • No body oils. • No standing or sitting on Tables. • No standing on couches or chairs. • No firearms or lethal. • No Overnight Stay. • No Open Flames. • No underage drinking. • Event attendees can not loiter in the hallways. • Event attendees are only permitted on the lobby level of the building and floor of the unit • Access and use of any building amenities is prohibited unless prior written consent is given. • Event attendees must be respectful of building staff and resident. Reservation Host is 100% responsible for the actions of their event guest. • Space host is not responsible for any delays caused by outside event vendors hired by the reservation host. • All rentals include setup and teardown time. • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking • Floor protection coverings are required on heavy equipment that can damage the floor of the unit. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $250, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
