There is parking onsite and additional parking nearby.
General Rules
*No illegal drugs are allowed on the premises or in the parking lot.
*All music should be kept to appropriate levels.
*DJs or bands' music stops one hour before the end of your rental period to allow time for clean-up. Music for ALL events must conclude at 1:30 AM regardless of prepaid overtime.
*Children must be supervised at all times.
*Smoking (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc) must be done OUTSIDE in designated areas. No litter (i.e. cigarette butts) are to be put out anywhere but designated ashtrays at any time. A $75 fee will be collected if tobacco paraphernalia is left on the grounds (i.e. cigarette butts in the parking lot).
*Everything MUST be removed from the space the same day unless other arrangements have been made prior.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras in the event space and outside of the venue.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We pride our self in making sure our venue is clean and disinfected for your event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
