About the Space
Welcome to Seasons Studios. It's our mission to empower you with everything you need for you and your clients have a uniquely delightful photography experience! Everything you need is included in our photography studio, it's perfect for: headshots, portraits, newborn, maternity, fashion, products, and more! Our >2,200 sq ft space is located right off hwy 50 in Rancho Cordova Major Features: - 15' x 20' tall ceiling controlled or natural light studio - 10' x 15' tall ceiling controlled or natural light studio - Lobby with comfortable seating, TV, and snacks - Creative lounge/additional studio - Co-working space with computers for editing, printing, and proofing - Kitchenette - Restroom You are free to shoot and work in any of these locations as long as they are available. There will always be an on-site manager present if you need any assistance throughout your booking. Amenities include: - Fully adjustable Aputure 250w bi-color LED lighting - Light modifiers including softboxes, snoots, and gobo - Large neutral, colored, and chroma backdrops - Bottomless snacks, drinks, and coffee for you and your clients - Sonos speakers and Spotify music control - iMac M1 w/ 55" OLED screen for proofing or editing - (2) iMac 27" for editing, proofing, or shooting tethered - 24" Canon ImagePROGAF premium 1200 dpi photo printer - Vanity as well as a full-length mirror - so much more.... if you have a need we'll do our best to meet it *NOTE* this is an introductory rate if you're booking our studio for the first time. If you've booked our studio in the past, you qualify for our standard rate which is $80/hr.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Andrew was so helpful for our first studio session! The space worked perfectly for our client’s maternity session, even though the AC was unfortunately having some issues that day. :)
