- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is a spectacular place for film and photos. The space has tons of natural light and the outdoor space is stunning. The owners are super helpful and gracious. Highly recommend. We did tons of photos and videos for promo for my book series, "Austin Heat."

AWESOME place to hold a meeting! Plenty of room for 20-25 people, parking can be a little tricky for that many, but hosts were GREAT too! Lots of communication and easy place to get to as well. Loved the inside, and the whole setup! Would highly recommend, and would definitely book this location again for ANY Austin meeting!

It was the perfect place to host our intimate baby shower - from the modern yet comfortable interior design to the amazing outdoor living space/pool. My guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the space was! I came from out of town, but if I were in the Austin area looking for a space to rent again this would be my first choice to book!!
