About the Space

Soaring 16 ft ceilings with over 2000 ft of creative space inside the historic Iron Fireman Building in SE Portland is ready for you to take advantage of! Perfect for talking head videos, infomercials or training videos, product photography, headshots, and voice overs. All lighting and grip equipment is included in your rental to bring your vision to life: all lighting, grip, and electric gear, clothe backdrops, full-sized professional teleprompter, dressing room with lights, kitchen with fridge, microwave, and snacks, and an outdoor flex space! There is ample free customer parking and we have a loading dock at our back entrance with a garage door for maximum convenience!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating during the entire photoshoot. Easy to get into the studio and the space was very organized and clean. A great experience!

Yes, I would book again.

We used this space as a video/photo shoot location and we loved it. The amenities there included descended AC power cords, a kitchen et, and a loading bay that made setting up and striking gear a breeze, and there is plenty of natural light as well. They also offer the option to rent their equipment (Ursa's DSLRs etc.) which easily helped step our quality up. 10/10 would book again!
