The studio is facing west, you'll have natural light from 1:30pm in Winter We have curtains to control the light

You can access the freight elevator on weekdays from 8am to 4pm.

Thank you for choosing our space for your shoot. We are thrilled to share our studio with you; we’ve put a lot of work into creating this excellent location and enjoy working in it every day. Please respect our shop and treat it as if it were yours. Here are a few rules we ask you to follow: -No smoking or alcohol -Be on time and leave on time. You will be charged 1 hour overtime fee (x1,5) if you are not out of the studio on time. -You are more than welcome to move the furniture as long as you put them back in the original configuration before leaving -No confetti or glitters (a $500 cleaning fee would be applied if failure to comply) -Do not cut the background paper unless you are given permission -If you break anything, you will have to pay for it -No loud music. Be considerate to the neighbors -Use the shoe covers if you need to walk on the curtains or the white backdrop -Collect and dispose of your trash using the provided garbage bags -The key has to remain in the lockbox outside the studio; every lost key will be invoiced 200$ -Please be respectful of the space and don’t leave it messy -Lock the door when you leave the studio
