The Building has a parking lot with plenty of available parking spaces.

-Yes we have a ton of natural lighting with our 20ft ceilings and tall windows. -Yes Strobe lighting that comes with the booking -Yes Continuous lighting that comes with the booking

No sound proofing, you cannot hear neighbors but you can hear outside noises and AC unit

Ground Floor, Stairs, Elevator

Equipment must be carried in through ground level

The 3 rooms by the front entrance are off limits

⁃ All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. Be on time and leave on time. You will be charged a new hourly rate that will be 1.5x the regular hourly rate for overtime fees if you are not out of the studio at your scheduled time. An extra hour will be added at the start of each hour. - If you would like to add more time after the booking has started it will be at the new hourly rate of 1.5x the regular hourly rate. - If you arrive early please wait in your vehicle until 5mins before your booking start time. ⁃ No Smoking in the facility. ⁃ No super loud Music. ⁃ Furniture can be moved around as long as it is put back to its original space at the end of your booking. ⁃ Furniture or equipment can not be taken out of the studio. ⁃ Do not cut the background paper unless you are given permission. ⁃ Do not change the backgrounds colors that are setup. If you need specific colors set up, let us know and we will set it up for you. - Lights and equipment must be turned off when your booking has ended. - Handle all props and equipment with care. - Please be respectful of the space and don’t leave it messy. - Management is not responsible for any personal items left at the studio. Any items left will be discarded. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the space without permission, your booking will be terminated immediately with no refunds. No exceptions. Security Cameras are present in the main studio space.

Furniture can be moved, but must be moved back to it's original spot.
