Our most recent rental for a large production, we were able to accommodate 50 cars for crew and talent, a 3-ton grip truck, a 16' Penske, and a catering food truck.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Opposite side of the building are working offices, which are off limits.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules
- No smoking anywhere inside facility.
- No alcohol allowed (unless required by creative only)
- Outside catering and craft is allowed
- Required to leave the facility in the condition it was in as arrival.
- Anything past 12 hours will be an overtime rate.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are installed on exterior of the facility facing each entry/exit.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
During rental hours it is to the discretion of the production company and/or agency to execute any COVID safety measures they feel necessary for their crew and talent. We have contacts for COVID Compliance Officers if needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
