About the Space
Gorgeously appointed modern apartment with lots of natural light. Lovely open air flow from entry way to kitchen, gorgeous fixtures, smart lights, and plenty of seating make the first floor welcoming and perfect for entertaining. Travel downstairs to a lovely den area with a perfect TV viewing experience, and plenty of space for additional seating / arrangements.

Lighting description
I have a large window in the front of my residence, it is lovely morning to midday and provides ample lighting. The downstairs is far darker with only skylight windows leading up to street or back walkway. There is recessed lighting throughout, with smart lighting in pendants and lamps.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The street is incredibly quiet, I hardly hear any movement from my neighbors above. There are no loud appliances, I do have HEPA filters throughout which can be turned off.

General Rules
Absolutely no smoking. Please if you have pets, they are to be kept off of the furniture. Food and drink is perfectly fine but cleaning is expected. Finally, the kitchen counters are easily scratched / marked, do not slide or place items on the counter that can potentially cause damage.

If things need to be adjusted this is fine - TV, and large prints/mirror should not be touched. Furniture may be reconfigured but needs to be lifted.

Security cameras and recording devices
I have a google nest cameras in my large entryway window. I have a security system to view the street and unlock the entryway door. My home is equipped with Google home speakers which may be disabled for active listening.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The apartment will be cleaned thoroughly between uses. I expect guests to treat my home in the manner they would their own, and leave things tidy and clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
