About the Space
This is a wonderful, industrial, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 8. Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). The whole room is equipped with fast secure Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A TV is also on the wall so you can connect for a presentation. There is also a nice courtyard/seating area and Parks Pantry next to the entrance of the building! Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier - Big Screen TV w/ HDMI hookups

This place was perfect for our 3 day in-person meeting for our remote team. The location was perfect. It's right across from John Wayne airport and close to restaurants, hotels and just a few minutes from the beach areas (Newport & Huntington). The facility was clean and modern and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had a nice espresso machine and filtered water. Would gladly book this location again.
