About the Space
Large open converted warehouse space in SOMA with a commercial kitchen. Great for an art show, dinner parties, or events. Upstairs has 2 rooms, an open office floor plan, and a lounge with a bar. We have a Sonos speaker for music/sound. 2 floors, each about 2200 sq ft. Pricing is per floor. Can be rented separately. Lots of parking across the street in the parking garage.

Lighting description
Upstairs has two rooms with windows for bright natural light. One room in the back has eastern, northern, and southern-facing windows. The other room has large westward-facing windows (with curtains).

There is a garage that opens which can be helpful for larger unloading/loading.

General Rules
No open flames. No amplified sound. No blocking the driveway. Throw away all trash in the appropriate bins located in the side hallway off the dining area.

There is a hallway camera at the entrance and another camera at the front door.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Please use the provided black garbage bags and dispose in the appropriate bins.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
