About the Space
Located in the center of Downtown Sacramento, this Creative Photo/ Film Studio comes equipped with lighting and a variety backdrop colors needed to create your vision. With large windows throughout the space, natural lighting is abundant and readily available for use. All of the equipment or props are modular so the space could be customized to your liking. Space is ideal for photo shoots, small classes, intimate events, sip n paint and/or small pop up shops. There is also a conference room perfect for meet n' greets and kitchenette located on the premises for food preparation if desired. Please contact host for more info.

General Rules
Please treat this space with care and respect. The host will be present to lock and unlock the space and may enter at any time unless privacy is specifically requested.
- Please do not loiter in or around the building. The studio is located in a coworking office building where others may be working.
- When exiting the suite, the door must be closed and locked behind you unless the studio is being occupied. This includes breaks to the restroom.
- There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
- Beverages and snacks are permitted. Food preparation is not permitted in the suite but may be accomplished in the kitchenette located on the premises.
- Guest are responsible for damage to the property or equipment. This includes tampering with emergency equipment, permanently installed lighting, exit signs, and other peripheral building devices.
-Permits and contracts must be provided if vendors are present.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio space is cleaned after every use. There is hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available for use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
