About the Space
With its tropical charm and Old Florida tranquility was created as a refuge to share with family and friends. A place of peace to enjoy the soothing sound of wind rustling our trees, bird song and observe butterflies dashing around.

There is a driveway large enough to accomodate 2 vehicles or squeeze 3. No on street parking is permitted, additional vehicles will need to parked at a nearby parking lot/carpool.

The house has abundant natural light throughout. The sunroom/florida room gets boasts panoramic windows and gets beautiful sunrays throughout the day.

General Rules
- Strictly NON SMOKING.
- Must not exceed the maximum capacity of persons allowed at any time. Please consult with host if you plan on having more people.
- Please Ensure safe return of all furniture & space once done.
- Any damaged or missing items will carry a penalty/replacement cost.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decor must be returned back to its original spot at the end of the shoot. Any broken furniture/missing pieces will be charged to guest, please be cautious while moving things.

There are cameras facing the front parking lot & entrance and the side of the house. Cameras will be on and recording for guest & host safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
**COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS** Before you book with us we want you to know that we are committed to providing our guests the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times.
Besides our routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.
We have added rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that all surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
