About the Space

SEABIRD North Beach private playground nestled on a quintessential Telegraph Hill of San Francisco is a perfect place to celebrate children's birthday, baby shower or any family events. The space secured so the children can not accidentally escape. The playground is well maintained and cleaned regularly This booking DOES NOT include the storefront area. It has an indoor area connected to the outdoor area. There is plenty of space to set up food and drinks of your choice Easy access with plenty of room for adults and kids to roam around. The Indoor space already has a sound system for your party that you can use. We do not allow amplified music outside for the consideration of our neighbors. Bounce house (NOT as pictured ) is an additional item that can be set up indoor. See add-ons $150 for the duration of your party). Bounce House in the picture is an outdoor bounce house and it is not available. All Peerspace bookings are inclusive meaning that if you required 30 minutes or an hour to add decorations etc, you have to include that as a part of the booking also. Doors open 5-10 minutes before booking time and close at the end of the booking time.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was PERFECT for my sisters baby shower! We had about 70 people and we still had plenty of room. It's pretty shielded from the wind and gets tons of sun. Peter was an amazing host, super accommodating and fast response time! We could not be happier with this space! Thank you Peter!!!

Yes, I would book again.

Beautiful space and an incredibly wonderful host! We hosted our son's 1st birthday party here (with about 80 guests) and it was perfect. We received so many compliments on the location. Our host, Peter, is top-notch. He answered all of our questions before the party and was always quick to respond. We definitely recommend this spot for your next event!

Yes, I would book again.

The space was perfect for my son’s 1st Birthday Party! The space is very accommodating for parties with with young children and our guests were extremely impressed with how nice everything looked. The parents were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the party without having to worry about their kids wandering off. It was also a plus that the space gets plenty of sunshine midday/afternoon, so it felt like 80 degree weather in San Francisco in April. Just perfect! The host, Peter, was very friendly, responsive, and provided quick answers to my questions and photos of the space before we booked. He made us feel very welcomed and confident in our booking. Seriously, if you are contemplating renting the space, just go for it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Peter for making our son’s 1st Birthday that much more special!

Yes, I would book again.

Peter was absolutely amazing to work with and the space was perfect for my sons first birthday party. I highly recommend this spot for a kids birthday party! I will definitely reserve again in the future. Thank you Peter - you are the best!!

Yes, I would book again.

Thank you Peter for an amazing space! We could not have been happier with our experience both at the space and with Peter who was a very accommodating host! Seamless and the birthday girl and her little friends all had so many things to do. Beautiful space and parking for our guests was surprisingly easy on a Sat afternoon! Can't wait to return!

Yes, I would book again.

Peter’s place was fantastic for our daughters third birthday party. The kids had a blast and the parents loved that the party was contained in one area. Peter was very easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating. We will use the venue again!
