About the Space
A historic Craftsman home with a modern interior—ideal for photo/video shoots that want to leverage a true home. Original wood trim and floors, with designer furniture and rugs. Large rooms can work together or be separated with sliding wood doors for intimate spaces. This family home is for the main floor only which includes: entry, living room with fireplace and frame tv, living room with piano, dining room, butlers pantry, kitchen and half bath. The driveway, front porch and back deck are also available for staging and setup as needed.

Lighting description
Dining Room and Living room w/piano are brightest in the morning, and both rooms have black-out fabric roman shades. The kitchen and living room with fireplace are brightest in the afternoon. The kitchen has light filtering roller shades, and the living room with fireplace has blackout shades.

The house itself is quiet, but it is located on a busy street and there is street noise from time to time.

Equipment loading description
The entrance would require a ramp if the crew needs to roll something into the house since there are stairs to get to the front door. There is not a loading zone, but access to our narrow driveway can be arranged - please inquire!

All the photos and rooms described are available. This house has a ground floor and upper floors that are not photographed and not available for the rental.

Electrical system description
240 Volt hookup. The circuit breaker is located on the ground floor, and Gwen, the owner, can access it if needed.

General Rules
No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Security cameras and recording devices
The only recording devices are for the exterior of the home only monitoring around the home. There are no cameras for the interiors.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is professionally cleaned between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
