This studio is great for: - headshots - child portraits - maternity - any portrait work The space is one open room with two main shooting walls. One wall has a paper backdrop system with 3 rolls, plus a gray wall. The 2nd wall is a denim blue, but also has a rotating wall with one side using gray herringbone and the other using brown toned wood planks. There are an abundance of stools, chairs and cubes to use for sitting, as well as a gray wood plank floor drop. There is a makeup station as well, perfect for clients who want to do their own makeup, or a space in which a MUA could work prior to photos being taken.

Parking description

Plenty of parking for both photographer and clients. When entering the lot go straight, do not turn left. Entrance to the studio is down a small flight of steps.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

This space is primarily a space for studio lighting. While there are windows, the light that comes in may not be suited for professional photography.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can sometimes hear my neighbors, which means they can also sometimes hear you.

Equipment loading description

You can access the space most quickly via stairs off the parking lot, but if you have a client with mobility challenges they can access via entering the complex from the north side of the building.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Unless you reserve the office/changing room and it's contents it is off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are outlets and power strips to provide ample power for a typical photoshoot.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

• No smoking anywhere on the property • Photography work ONLY- no gatherings • No alcohol in the studio unless it's part of your shoot • No loud music

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

You can move stools, chairs, couches as needed. Please replace when done as best you can in the state you found the studio.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a small camera in the studio that will record when in use.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

My studio is kept clean and has many cleaning materials handy if needed. It is not a space that allows for photographing large groups of people- at most a family of 5 or 6 might work, but that is it.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
