One of a kind, modern and a lounge style artisan coffee + Tea studio with a bar, kitchen and patio space in Frisco. 1900 sq. ft. of indoor space complimented with a Patio space of 500 sq. ft. providing you with a cozy space for your events. Flexible offerings that can be added on to the space include - (1) Coffee/Tea drinks (2) Beer and Wine (3) Pastries (4) Food (5) Servers and Bar tenders Perfect for hosting events: (1) Birthday Parties (2) Girls or Boys Night out (3) Small Corporate events (4) Coffee Themed events/parties (5) Graduation Parties (6) Anniversaries (7) Photo Shoots (8) Networking events and more Located in Frisco, Texas in a cozy environment. Ample free parking and street parking available. Reserved spots for Karmic Grounds customers also available. Can accommodate 77 guests inside the studio plus another 50 in the patio Weekday hourly rate is 125$ per hour plus cleaning fee of 50$ Friday after 5PM and Weekend hourly rate is 2005$ per hour plus cleaning fee of 50$ BYOB is allowed however there is a 2$ corking fee per guest

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We had a co-ed baby shower at karmic grounds off Ohio and it was incredible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were mostly indoor but having the outdoor patio was very convenient. Our group loved Karmic Grounds and complimented how great of a space it was. We would highly recommend and would definitely book here again in the future!

I highly recommend Karmic Grounds for events. We had our daughter's graduation party there. The coffee shop is beautiful, with plenty of seating, and needs minimal decorations because of the modern feel and beautiful wood table tops. We were allowed to bring our own catering, they let us play music, and they had signs on the door letting their patrons know that there was a private event going on (they only allowed mobile orders). They were very accommodating; we would definitely have another event there.

Working with Ameet at Karmic Grounds was great. The staff in the coffee shop were courteous and helpful. The space was excellent for a handful of talking head interviews. They shut the coffee shop down to give us optimal recording conditions. Parking although abundant, was a little ways from the entrance which made it tricky to get lots of filming equipment in. Otherwise this was a wonderful location - will definitely book again if I get the chance!

Space is great, good balance of natural light and designed well. We shot an interview in here and it looks awesome. Host and staff are very friendly and took great care of us.
