About the Space

The perfect intimate studio for one on one shoots, interviews, table top product photography, music videos, office space and flex opportunities to suit your needs. We host photo shoots, film shoots, wardrobe fittings and perfect as a daily office. Includes high speed internet, kitchenette, bathroom, sofa, large office desk, television, private bathroom and shower. For photo shoots we provide --(2) Photoflex StarFlash 650Ws Monolight (120V)strobe lights --(1) Phottix Raja Softbox 41" --(1) Phottix Raja 65 Softbox 26" --Phottix Ares II Trigger --A variety backdrop colors -- C-stands, flags, bounce boards, wardrobe rack and a makeup mirror -- Stand up Fan 12' Seamless Photo Back drops - White - Bone White - Pink - Baby Blue -Black -Charcoal -4' Green Screen for product shots We have wall mounted air conditioner, mini-fridge, coffee maker and convection oven. Crew access - Street Level, Wheelchair / Handicap Access. Ground level drive up to easy access roll up door plus private back entrance and private fenced courtyard.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Dee and his studio space were so great! He even offered to set up a backdrop and wardrobe area for us before our arrival and was extremely communicative and kind. Will be renting again!! Such a great space to shoot in.

Fantastic space for a photoshoot, host is extremely helpful and resourceful. Set was very plug and play with lighting and backdrop options. Would highly recommend!
