About the Space
This spot is great to film dance videos, host dance classes or workshops, private dance practices, yoga, photography sessions, dance related events, conferences. The location has an open floor set up. Our amenities include, large gymnastics mat, black lights/ neon lights/ spots lights, videography lights, chairs, shared bathroom, projector w/ Apple TV, wifi, and blue tooth Bose speakers.

There is a good amount of parking inside the plaza we are located in, there is more than enough parking spots to accommodate a large group.
General Rules
No smoking in building
Do lot play loud music between 8am-5:30pm
Due to to city rules NO ONE under the age of 16 is allowed
Do not leave the studio door unlocked after rental
No writing on the walls.
No food or drinks other than water or Gatorade in the studio.

Health and Safety Measures
The dance studio is maintained well, floors are always swept and mirrors are wiped down consistently. Door knobs, speakers, and light remotes, are disinfected everyday.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
