About the Space
This house is a historic mid century modern believed to be built by Alexander and Dunas with a Palmer & Krisel design. This classic post-and-beam has undergone a remodel and features walls of glass overlooking a huge saltwater heated pool and spa, a large grass area, fire pit and beautiful fruit trees. There are 4 bedrooms (3 ensuite) and 4 bathrooms. This space is mainly a short-term vacation rental but also can work great for photo shoots, video shoots and more. Palm Springs city permit # 9292

The central air does make some noise, so if you need silence, I suggest turning it off during those moments. It is easy to control from a Google Nest thermostat.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded in through the front door or two side gates to the property. These are only 36" wide so do not bring any large equipment, you will not be able to get it in the house.

General Rules
Per City of Palm Springs rules:
- we can only have a maximum of 12 people at the property.
- No one should be sleeping or staying overnight at the property.
- There is no music allowed to be played outside whatsoever
- This is a house in a friendly residential neighborhood. Please be respectful, only use limited equipment that would fit through a standard front door. No oversized equipment or machinery.
- This is not a commercial space, it is a home. Please be careful and do not damage any house finishes or furniture.
- Breaking any of these rules will result in a severe fine/penalty.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a doorbell cam on the front door and a camera at the carport. This is only in the front of the house and only for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaner do a thorough cleaning before and after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
