This fully furnished beautiful 4 bedroom clubhouse is open for events , family gatherings , personal stays etc. we look forward to providing the best experience possible for our guests . Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

No, I would not book again.

The host was very responsive initially when we started communicating. They asked for a deposit and we had no problem agreeing to it. We were having a brunch with family for our son’s graduation and needed a large gathering space. The photos of this place looked great! We booked with Kandon. Then came the not so great parts. It was getting closer and closer to our date and we hadn’t heard from our host. I reached out and he finally said that we would get the details the day before our booking. 24 hours out still no word. Had several vendors coming and I didn’t even know if I could get in. I contacted other hosts on Peerspace late that night because I was worried. Finally heard back 8 hours before. This was not great. The space was nice and open for our event that had about 30 people present. The landscaping needed to be done to the outside yard. After the booking, the host attempted to keep our deposit. He claimed that we had done some damage while we were there, which was not true. So just beware. The house was 3 1/2 stars and the house was one star.
