There is a small on site parking lot behind the building. There is ample paid parking on the street and a variety of non-paid options depending on hours.

This is a large ballroom with well refinished wood floors. The room has 16' ceilings and there are large windows that go nearly floor to ceiling and cover much of two opposite walls. There is great light during the day. It varies during the day how it hits the room. There are blinds on some of the windows but they are not blackout blinds and are not on all windows. To fully blackout these windows would take a little bit of work.

There are street sounds and potentially sounds from the restaurant below depending on time of day. There is a large AC in the room as well as a residential style refrigerator.

Stairs, Elevator

There is a back alley that has a few spaces. There is a door that has access to a larger stairway and a small elevator that is not for freight. There is no loading zone but there is an area where you could unload briefly.

Suite 9

There is a breaker box in the ballroom and many of the breakers are for the room itself which can all be accessed. Some are not allowed to be switched as per building requirements.
