We have a parking lot on site. Make sure to park in an UNCOVERED space. Parking in a covered space may result in towing from a neighboring business as these spaces are reserved.

There's a small amount of natural light. The front windows are covered by blinds and a shelving unit so the space doesn't have the most natural light. We do have lighting options available for rent to support your project.

Ground Floor

The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move items around, make sure they are placed back in their original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to the creator team. Please bring what you need for your group or inquire to rent items from our rental inventory. Food and drinks are NOT allowed within the space. Water bottles with closed lids are permitted on site. Please eat outside or message us in advance with your needs and we will work with you to create a plan for your creator team. We have relationships with local restaurants and vendors we can connect with to keep your team hydrated and energized for long shoot days. NO SMOKING in the studio. NO PETS in the studio. NO GLITTER or CONFETTI in the studio. You are required to clear the studio within 10 minutes of the scheduled end time. Make sure to have consideration for the hard in and out times. The 10-minute grace period is here to support you in making sure you are out in time. If you, your team or your belongings are in the studio after that you will be charged for the full hour. Creators and their teams must carry out their own trash, anything left behind will incur a fee. There is a dumpster across our building to the left. We reserve all rights to take and share behind-the-scenes photo(s) of any shoot happening on our property, for the promotion of our location.
