The home is pretty open on the main floor and basement the upstairs is typical bedroom spaces. Outside in the side and backyard is the best space for relaxing, entertaining, photos, etc. What unique features or amenities does your space have? The outdoor space is divided into the pool deck and then a side yard with paver patio that is more for fire pit and hanging out. There is also a wooded area beyond the gazebo for exploring or zip line or just "wood type activity/photography".

Parking description
This gorgeous home has everything you need to spread out, relax & entertain! Gorgeous, custom kitchen cabinetry, professional double oven gas range, ice maker, trash compactor and direct access out to the deck with pool/hot tub are just a few features that make this home so special. Just off the kitchen is the family room with stone fireplace and a large sunroom for an office, sitting room or play area for kids. All three guest suites upstairs are very large with nicely done bathrooms and tons of closet space. The full, daylight basement is the perfect spot to hang out with friends or family and also has a fourth guest suite with full bathroom. Behind closed doors, there is an unfinished space (gym/storage). Walk out to the side yard where there is a beautiful landscaping and area for a fire pit and private hang out. The pool area is truly a wonderful spot to relax and entertain with a built in gas grill, large patio for lots of seating, a gazebo, and a hot tub for all year use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaning occurs before and after each booking so that everything is sanitary prior to guest use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
