Beach Townhouse with Coastal Modern Design in Pacific Beach

This San Diego, coastal modern townhouse is the perfect blend of modern designs with warm decor. Our 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath space is newly renovated with updated touches that are aesthetically pleasing and beautiful in photos and videos with an overflowing amount of natural light. Our space is perfect for marketing and advertising shoots (specifically in the food space or lifestyle space) but also not limited to other projects. As you walk in through a new dutch door you will find an open-concept living room with a center-point fireplace. You will then walk into the new open kitchen with fresh appliances and a peninsula with bar seating. To the left of there, you will see a dining room with a coastal vibe. Oh, and don't forget about the beautifully built-in coffee bar! Upstairs you will find two en suite bedrooms. The primary has a beautiful, newly renovated en suite bathroom with a white walk in shower and a soaking tub with gold finishes throughout.
