This first floor flat has a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate cooking and dining needs you may have for your event or use for any filming. Multiple rooms available for use. Perfect for creative portraits and branding content. A great space for a photoshoot, reception, small parties, announcements, team meetings, romantic dinner for two, private chef events, baby shower, bridal shower, etc. There is also a beautiful, private outdoor space great for weddings or other outdoor events. NO OVERNIGHT EVENTS ALLOWED.

Basic cleaning is done by host, including disenfecting shared amenities and high-touch surfaces. A professional cleaning service is hired after large events of 15 or more people.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
