Located next to The Highline in the heart of Chelsea’s Art District on West 26th Street (between 10th and 11th Avenue), the block is home to PACE, Galerie Lelong, Mitchell-Innes & Nash, the Lamborghini Lounge, The Chelsea Factory, Roc Nation, and one block from Ralph Lauren Studios, Martha Stewart Living, Hugo Boss studios, and a variety of fashion houses and design studios. The 800-sqft art gallery is perfect for art shows, artist residencies, cocktail parties, commercial and/or fashion shoots, and performances. The space boast glorious 8-foot south-facing windows, brushed concrete floors, and updated dimmable-lighting with a high-resolution Epson video projector. Furniture (desks, chairs, tables, etc.) also available upon demand. Accessible via pedestrian and freight elevators making installation simple, the space is incredibly malleable for your needs. Bathrooms down the hall with sink for cleaning/washing.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
