About the Space
Welcome to the this Studios! We know have a beautiful natural daylight filled studios available for rental. Our Grey Southern studio is approx. 800 square feet and is painted all Grey with natural wood vinyl flooring. Our Studio has approx. 12-foot ceilings that are original 1900-era tin tray material painted matte white! facing studio has 4 very large 4'x8' windows allowing beautiful natural light to pour into the room all day! --Our studio are mostly natural light styled. We do have very limited over head lighting via 4 dim Edison bulbs--- Our studio is located in a beautiful historic arts center at the NJ Shore. Iconic Asbury park is located a few footsteps across the street! The boardwalks, Beaches and Atlanta Ocean is right at the end of our street, a few block walk or drive. Two very large parking lots provide free off street parking to our renters and their guests. Building has handicaps access ramps and restrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
