Free street parking in the whole neighborhood makes it easy to park.

Renter's Responsibilities: • Renter is responsible for returning the space to how it was found (all decorations, catering and trash must be removed by end of rental) • All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time • Any overtime past your end rental time will be charged in half hour increments at half of your hourly rate • Event liability insurance required (Peerspace recommends eventhelper.com) • Security deposit required (personal check upon arrival, returned post event after walk-through with host minus any fees for damage) • Any lost or broken items will be charged a replacement or cleaning fee General Rules: • No smoking, vaping or pets allowed • No glitter or confetti allowed • External catering is allowed • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly • First floor office and entire second floor are off limits • Music must be off by 11pm, please respect our neighbors • Cannot affix to walls inside the house • If using our folding tables please provide your own linens and reset all furniture to original setup • Minors must be monitored by their parents at all times Please note - host or representative will remain onsite during rental hours, but out of sight.
