About the Space
Washington & Centinela in Culver City. This is a storefront, single story office building. White building with black-out windows, tons of doors to the side of the building (gated), spacious concrete backyard that opens into the alley. Two bathrooms, lots of desks and chairs in the front area and kitchen. The back rooms are not part of the rental. We have WIFI. No trash service so you much take your garbage off premises. This space is vacant so if you need a tour then book an hour to see it. Sorry but we cannot off a free tour as it requires a representative's time or a secure passcode. You are welcome to book it off of photos if you do not wish to book it for an hour to scout it.

- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Facility was a lot smaller than expected and dirty. Had to clean up the areas including the bathroom. It took an hour out of our booking time to make place presentable. The back area which next room over looked like a storage area along with the kitchen and other rooms were filled with home furnishing including a bare mattress. The host seemed very nice and aloud me to enter without her presence she checked on me to see if I needed her to come. I loved how she checked on me and quickly responded by text. There was parking in the back but wasn’t aware of it. If furniture was removed and facility was cleaned it would be great to use for booking with the affordable rate. The location is safe and secure. But due to other factors I would not book again
