Vivid Art & Dance studio/ recreational space, has a warm and energetic vibe suitable for generating any type of creative experience. A vibrant environment with colorful hues that can be adjusted by LED light strips. The space measures out to 720 Square Feet, has a very high ceiling and is accompanied by a floating subfloor, 7 full length mirrors, fast WiFi, a stereo system, 55 inch OLED TV, 1 bathroom and easy parking for about 20-30 cars. Located in the Torrance business district right off the 110 and 405 Freeways. Loud noise and music is usually tolerable but there is a noise ordinance in place. Standing capacity is 25-30 people. The space is perfect for dance practice, rehearsals, exercises, sessions, cyphers, workshops and choreography. It has been used for photo shoots, art shows, open Mics, and a creative space for influencers to train and film content. It is also available for smaller private events including creative meetings, vendor conventions, album release parties, birthday parties/ kickbacks, & fundraisers. Preferably family friendly events/ activities. The large mirrors paired with stereo system allow dancers, actors/actresses, models and performers an immersive environment to thrive in their work, they are able to take advantage of their full body reflections, to visualize and exercise their moves and looks. It allows guest to enter creative flow states, to feel comfortable in their efforts, to develop and progress in their physical and creative processes. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
