About the Space

Our Main Living space is light and bright with 4 large windows on all walls of the home. An open floor plan with original beams, t+g ceiling, and white oak floors makes the space feel extra large and roomy. The kitchen, dining table, living room are all in this space. There is a door to the hallway which has all the bedrooms and bathrooms for the main floor. This main space is all white, making it the perfect backdrop for all types of photos. Previous photoshoots have been family photos, kids clothing companies, kids home wares, and product shoots. Bedrooms: A gender neutral nursery available, Primary Bedroom available, and one completely plain / empty bedroom is available upon request. Downstairs Basement: A fully furnished basement is a beautiful place to shoot photos. It's extremely bright, 8 ft ceilings, and is an office for an interior design studio. This space is slightly elevated and would be great for "working / office" photos, branding shoots, product shoots, and lifestyle photos.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
