Versatile street-level studio with 13ft ceilings that is ideal for pop up art showings, photo shoots, meetings, workshops, cocktail parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, micro-weddings, micro-quinceaneras, wellness ceremonies, yoga and dance classes, musical performances and many other events. Elevate your gatherings with our elegant decor and make your event picture perfect. We will work with you to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want it. The space is cleaned between bookings so please keep your booking times.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

we celebrated our sons naming ceremony here. A great space, beautiful and neat.The space is occupied with all amenities required for small events . if your looking to celebrate small events like parties i strongly recommend this space . Moreover Gissel is a wonderful host .

Everyone including myself absolutely loved the space. It's definitely a little hidden gem. Gissel was great with supplying tons of things in the kitchen, a very clean space and being in contact to answer any last minute questions. Would definitely use this space again if I need to.

Amazing space! The pictures do not do it any justice. Gissel was a most gracious host and made sure I had everything that I needed for my birthday party. She went above and beyond to assist or rectify any issues that I had. I would absolutely book again and a few of my guests are interested to book the space as well. She has more than you need and that was a bonus. Thanks again for making this space available to people.
