About the Space
A BOUTIQUE VENUE SPACE with beautiful natural lighting in Downtown East Boca Raton ▪️Special Events ▪️Weddings ▪️Parties ▪️Classes/Workshops ▪️Photo Shoots ▪️1100 square foot open floor plan with natural light. Our outdoor area can also be used and has a breath taking hundred year old Beautiful Banyan tree and can be decorated and enjoyed as well & adds 500+ square ft ▪️Use for video productions, photo shoots, meetings, cocktail parties, classes, seminars, political campaign gatherings and other events. As many as 120 people in attendance. ▪️Foyer is included & is nicely lit and has fine art on the walls. It can be used to greet your guests register them or for a photo op. ▪️There is a third private room which can be set up as a greeting room or greenroom for talent and guests. ▪️Our Podcast Lounge is also for rent for a fee of $100 per hour and includes a Rode mixing board, 4 professional mics, TV screen cool lighting and more.

The space was great, many of the guests attending our event commented about how lovely it was. Communication with Rob and Sulema was clear and easy and they were both very kind and accommodating. We had a silent disco and set up and breakdown to vacate the space was super easy because we barely had to decorate:). 10/10 recommend for your next event!
