Getting into the space was very easy! The studio is kept very clean and looks great. Used this space for a Pop Up & it allowed roughly 7 vendors (but can fit possibly 8 vendors with 6 ft tables!) There was access to AC, a restroom & speaker. The restroom is NOT disabled accessible so that’s all to be aware of. Will book again!

There are so many things I feel you should learn before attempting to become a Venue Rental Space on Peerspace! You should have done some research about what others are doing and offering prior to listing your unit. The Host responded in a timely manner.....thankfully, but wasn't much help! A few things didn't appear as advertised....so that should definitely be looked into. Hopefully Peerspace will help us settle this issue between us finally??? ~Cleanliness of the bathroom area was an issue! Adequate toilet paper & paper towels weren't left for us to use! Make sure there is no trash left in baskets before our events begin!?! You should definitely wipe down the toilets and make sure there aren't any spots or drops! ~The GIANT STEP up into the restroom should be talked about in your post/listing! How would someone handicap utilize those facilities!??! ~Entering the building should be an easy task, but it certainly wasn't here! I've never had to stand at the door of a rental to await details for entry! It was not an ideal situation, to say the least! ~The A/C situation was a complete joke & definitely didn't feel like it was a new issue in any way at all!!! ~Your lack of understanding, sympathy or give a damn was definitely not appreciated! ~The delay in refund is also noted & the reason why I went ahead to make certain everyone else could read about your lack luster personality as a Host!!! You have lots to learn Young Lady.....LOTS TO LEARN!
