About the Space
Studio A is a top-of-the-line recording studio perfect for events and gatherings. Featuring two spacious isolation booths and the ability to accommodate up to 50 guests, our studio can be customized to fit your needs. With state-of-the-art ventilation and climate control systems, as well as an ADA wheelchair lift, Studio A is the perfect venue for your next event.

Security cameras and recording devices
In all common areas, we have security cameras. However, we do not have cameras in the actual rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We contract professional cleaning services to maintain and clean our spaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
